Healthy and effective communication has the power to encourage insight at all levels of experience and to cultivate deep presence.   As yoga teachers, we can access many skills to communicate with our clients/students, inviting them to feel deeper into the present moment and all that it offers physically, emotionally, and energetically. 


Holding space comes from an understanding of both the physical and energetic qualities of communication, as well as the powerful experiences that can result from our connection with one another.  As we become more fluent holding space for our own experiences, we gain skills and confidence to hold space for others.


This ONLINE Holding Space program will be UPGRADED and REFORMATTED from previous versions to include: 

  • SELF-MASSAGE to continue developing your skills for receiving and giving touch.

  • NEW CONTENT covering ONLINE TEACHING, including supporting yourself, your students, as well as conversations about liability insurance considerations, Zoom/technology, etc...

  • Thoughts about what we might need to consider when we finally do get to teach with real people again. 

  • SHARING CIRCLES exploring how we and our students are navigating through the current Covid-19 experience as yoga teachers and practitioners.

  • And like before, each day begins with a rich Pranakriya Meditative Yoga practice with pranayama and mudra progressions. 

  • Please consider joining William to help write the new chapters on Holding Space. 

REQUIRED:Zoom Account Needed, WiFi & private, home practice space required to participate. ALL Students Webcams/Video must be turned on in order to participate - no call-in only participants.

Create a vibrant understanding of how it feels to be you while also discovering how to inspire balance, strength, energy and overall well-being through the ancient practice of yoga.

In this series we will explore the fundamentals of the practice: postures, breath and meditation.

The series is designed for people who have never practiced before, but as usual, we will teach to who is in the space, so everyone from total newbie to advanced practitioner will discover something new about themselves in mind, body and heart.
