Service Description

7wks October 9-November 20 730p-830p $84 for entire series 4 person minimum 14 person maximum Create a vibrant understanding of how it feels to be you while also discovering how to inspire balance, strength, energy and overall well-being through the ancient practice of yoga. In this series we will explore the fundamentals of the practice: postures, breath and meditation. The series is designed for people who have never practiced before, but as usual, we will teach to who is in the space, so everyone from total newbie to advanced practitioner will discover something new about themselves in mind, body and heart.
